For friends traveling from Taichung High-Speed Rail Station to Nantou using the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, after exiting Taichung High-Speed Rail Station, take the escalator at Exit 5 or 6 to the 1st floor. Then, go out from Exit 5, turn right, and find Platform 3 to board the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake Line 6670D.
Take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake Line 6670D to Puli Transfer Station, and then transfer to the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Qingjing Line 6664 to reach your destination in Qingjing. Qingjing Area | Recommended Travel Route
After entering from the northern entrance of Qingjing Farm, head towards the Qingjing Skywalk Story House entrance. It takes about ten to fifteen minutes to walk from the Skywalk Story House entrance to the South Business District, with a downhill path that isn't too strenuous. Once you reach the South Business District, you can first return to Qingjing Farm to enjoy the sheep show. Next, head to the Guanshan Pasture to watch the equestrian show. Finally, return to the Qingjing Skywalk Story House entrance at the South Business District and continue downhill for about fifteen to twenty minutes to reach the Butterfly Garden entrance. The entire route is downhill, making it an easy way to visit essential spots in Qingjing!

Pâtisserie à la Montagne in Qingjing is a French dessert shop hidden in the mountains, located on a small path next to the Old England Manor. The location is quite secluded. They make a variety of different and richly chosen desserts daily, each one being exquisitely delicious and so beautiful you might hesitate to eat it! In the afternoon, it's perfect to visit Montagne and sit in their country-style little house, gazing at the beautiful mountain scenery and blue sky with white clouds. Enjoy a cup of tea and savor the desserts, providing a delightful experience for both your visual and taste senses.
Each dessert is not only beautiful but also delicious. I found it hard to bring myself to eat such cute cakes!
Note: The location of Pâtisserie à la Montagne is quite hidden, and even though I did some research beforehand, I still got a little lost. There are two entrances to reach Montagne Desserts! One is through the parking lot next to the Old England Manor. You'll pass by the entrance of the manor and a very European-style private residence. The path is a bit distant and the road gets narrower as you go. I was even starting to doubt if I was going the right way XD. But if you keep following the road, you'll eventually find Montagne Desserts!
The other entrance is from the stairs behind Spring Ground B&B. If you go around to the back of Spring Ground B&B, you'll see the rooms of the resort, and there’s a wooden staircase nearby leading down. The stairs are quite long and a bit steep, and there are few directional signs along the way, which might make you feel like you’re going the wrong way.
Puli Cuisine｜Xuehua Vegetarian
Puli is located on the main road to Qingjing and Sun Moon Lake. When transferring to the Qingjing bus line, take some time to stop in Puli to taste the town's delicious food or explore the hidden culinary gems around the Puli Transfer Station, making your journey even more perfect. This time, we’re introducing a vegetarian paradise, "Xuehua Vegetarian," which is less than a 5-minute walk from the Puli Transfer Station. They offer vegetarian stinky tofu, cabbage rolls, tofu pudding, sesame noodles, and other homestyle dishes.
